McCain Assures Tom Brokaw That He Will Win!

Although Pat Buchanan has changed his tune now, look at what he's saying about McCain during the republican primaries. John McCain promised that "there will be more wars". Pat Buchanan says in the video that he will be a "war president." He also described Mccain as "red-faced & bellicose. We cannot let someone like this run this country in the middle of an economic warfare. It's common knowledge that he is not "good on the economy.

John McCain has seen Obama's lead decrease slightly in the polls. Today, on "Meet The Press" he promised Tom Brokaw that he would emerge as the victor on Nov 4. We,as voters, have to understand just how crucial it is for us to actually vote! A lot of people "talk the talk but they don't walk the walk"! That's an old street expression, if you didn't know. It is of great consequence to the future of the world that we make the right decision. I don't want America to be plunged into more wars & debt. I'm petrified of a McCain/Palin administration! Noone can convince me that they will be good for the world. Vote for Barack Obama because there really will be a positive change.

Nigeria To Rename 80 Streets After Various Black Legends

I found an interesting article on one of my favorite sites Yardflex.com. According to them, Nigeria will name the streets after various blacks who were historically significant. Here's a snippet:

"Nigeria's Federal Capital Territory Minister, Aliyu Umar announced recently that some 80 streets will be renamed in the country's administrative capital and the new street names will more closely reflect the cultural and historical relevance of Africans. Streets will be re-named after legendary Black people like: Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, Bob Marley, Martin Luther King and Malcolm X." (END OF EXCERPT) To read more go here:
