Melissa Huckaby May Have Raped Sandra Cantu,Prosecutors Say!

This case gets even more disgusting & sickening by the minute!!Sandra Cantu's killer,Melissa Huckaby,may have sexually molested that poor little girl.Not only that,there are reports that Melissa Huckaby may have used a foreign object in the molestation.

I'm sure that this is the last thing that Sandra Cantu's family thought would happen on a playdate!No one could have ever imagined that the mother of their child's friend could have such a sick,twisted soul.How could anyone have prevented this from happening?Only a psychic could have predicted this crime.Because Melissa Huckaby does not fit the profile of a sexual predator or a killer.I know that criminal profilers must be baffled by this case!

"Prosecutors said Monday they may include rape and molestation allegations in their murder charge against the woman suspected of killing an 8-year-old Tracy girl and putting her body in a suitcase.

Melissa Huckaby, 28, was arrested Friday on suspicion of kidnapping and murdering Sandra Cantu.

San Joaquin County Deputy District Attorney Robert Himmelblau told The Associated Press on Monday that a homicide charge against Huckaby could also include the special circumstances of rape with a foreign object, lewd and lascivious conduct with a child and murder in the course of a kidnapping.

A conviction on any of the special circumstances would make Huckaby eligible for the death penalty or life in prison without parole, Himmelblau said. The district attorney has not determined whether his office will seek the death penalty in the case, he said."(END OF EXCERPT)Read the rest here.

Casey Anthony May Get The Death Penalty After All!

I took issue with the fact that the death penalty was not on the table for Casey Anthony.Normally,I'm not a big supporter of the death penalty.But,Casey Anthony is one poor excuse for a human being that deserves to die for what she did.That's my true opinion on this issue.So,I am really glad that the state of Florida decided to pursue the death penalty in her case after all.Because if Casey Anthony should not receive the death penalty,then who should?
