Michael Steele,Hip Hop Will Never Embrace A Punk Like You!

It turns out that D.L. Hughley's show is good for something. So far,he's gotten two Republicans to speak candidly.First,Ari Fleischer admitted that the Bush administration was wrong about the war in Iraq.Believe me,it was purely chance that Mr. Fleischer made that admission to D.L. Hughley. He doesn't know how to coerce answers out of anyone so that was just his luck that it happened on his show.D.L.Hughley is not politically savvy & he doesn't seem to possess any wit at all!

But,his show has produced one more great sound bite. And that was when Michael Steele came on his show to talk about how he can get hip-hop to embrace the right-wing philosophy!During his conversation with Steele,D.L. brought up Rush Limbaugh's power over the GOP.That was when the "hip-hop" came out of Michael Steele because he started dissing Rush Limbaugh. When Limbaugh heard about it,he let Michael Steele know where his place is.Did Steele really think that the GOP would really follow a black man's lead? Look at how hostile the republicans have been towards President Obama.

So,after talking a little smack,Michael Steele has decided to apologize to Rush Limbaugh. He didn't mean to offend the master of the republican party. And if that's not true, then why do folks feel compelled to say they are sorry as if they had behaved like petulant little children!I thought that what Michael Steele & others initially said about Rush Limbaugh is true. Why would he take back the truth? Because something, like his political future, made him punk out! Here's more from Salon.com:

"CNN's "D.L. Hughley Breaks the News" indeed broke news this weekend, when Republican National Committee chair Michael Steele told Hughley that Rush Limbaugh is not the head of the Republican party, but merely an "entertainer" -- and went on to call Limbaugh's anti-Obama rhetoric "incendiary" and "ugly."

Strong words from the new RNC chair, the party's first African-American leader -- but they didn't stand long. After Limbaugh attacked Steele this afternoon on his radio show -- "It's time, Mr. Steele, for you to go behind the scenes and start doing the work that you were elected to do instead of being some talking-head media star" -- Steele apologized. "My intent was not to go after Rush -- I have enormous respect for Rush Limbaugh,” Steele told Politico's Mike Allen. "I went back at that tape and I realized words that I said weren’t what I was thinking,” Steele said. "It was one of those things where I thinking I was saying one thing, and it came out differently. What I was trying to say was a lot of people… want to make Rush the scapegoat, the bogeyman, and he’s not."(END OF EXCERPT)Read the rest here.

Let me tell you something,Michael Steele. You may want to embrace hip-hop.But,just because you're black doesn't mean that hip-hop will embrace you.Why do you think that D.L Hughley brought Chuck D from Public Enemy to your little discussion? That's because Chuck D has written many lyrics about folks just like you.Sir,you have literally put the Uncle before the Tom!You are a disgrace to the race that you seek to use for political gain!
