Anderson Cooper Is Less Impassioned Than Keith Olbermann About Prop. 8 Even Though He Is Gay!

In this video, Anderson Cooper of CNN interviews S.F. Mayor Gavin Newsom about Proposition 8. He seems to be totally indifferent to the subject even though he allegedly has a live-in boyfriend for almost 2 years now. According to Jossip:

"More than two years later … and Anderson Cooper is still dating the same guy? Though we've heard rumors about different paramours in between, 27-ish wine importer Julio Cesar Recio was just spotted leaving LAX with a passport-equipped Cooper."(END OF EXCERPT)Read the rest here:http://www.jossip.com/anderson-cooper-jetting-off-for-lovers-escape-20081125/

Now, look at Keith Olbermann's very enraged rant about the passage of Proposition 8. I just wonder how honest Anderson Cooper is with himself since he's "keeping them honest". And so does Keith Olbermann. This is an excerpt from AfterElton.com:

"He's repeatedly taken on the Bush Administration, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, and pretty much anyone else he suspects of being a hypocrite. Turns out Olbermann's outspokenness extends to his fellow news anchor Anderson Cooper of CNN. In a recent interview with New York Magazine Olbermann has this to say about Anderson (recently "outed" so to speak by Out magazine):

"Don’t tell me you don’t want to talk about personal life when you wrote a book about your father’s death and your brother’s death. You can’t move this big mass of personal stuff out for public display, then people ask questions and you say, ‘Oh, no, I didn’t say there was going to be any questions.’ It’s the same thing as the Bush administration saying, ‘We’re going to war, but you really aren’t allowed to know why."

Don't hold back there, Keith! But that isn't all. Olbermann goes on to say:

"Don’t tell me you can’t talk about your personal life and then, when they send you overseas and you do a report that consists of your voice-over and pictures of you in a custom-made, blue-to-match-your-eyes bulletproof vest, looking somberly at these scenes of human devastation—like a tourist—and that’s your report. Your shtick is your personal life."(END OF EXCERPT) Read the rest here:http://www.afterelton.com/blog/michaeljensen/msnbcs-keith-olbermann-takes-on-anderson-cooper

The Indian Mujahideen Threatened Mumbai With Terror Attacks Back In September!!

The group that is now claiming responsibility for these attacks had threatened to attack Mumbai back in September through e-mail.Here's the excerpt from the September edition of Deccan Herald:

"Accusing Mumbai Police’s ATS of harassing Muslims, Indian Mujahideen said in its email that it was closely watching the ATS.

"If this is the degree your arrogance has reached, and if you think that by these stunts you can scare us, then let the Indian Mujahideen warn all the people of Mumbai that whatever deadly attacks Mumbaikars will face in future, their responsibility would lie with the Mumbai ATS and their guardians – Vilasrao Deshmukh and R R Patil,” the email said. “You are already on our hit-list and this time very very seriously.”

The terror outfit also threatened to target a senior Rajasthan police official. “All the Mujahideen who shook Jaipur are absolutely safe and secure, and are preparing for our next targets, one of which is A K Jain – the DIG of Rajasthan,” claimed Indian Mujahideen."(END OF EXCERPT)Read the rest here:http://www.deccanherald.com/CONTENT/Sep152008/scroll2008091590090.asp?section=frontpagenews

This video is an Australian woman's eyewitness account which is quite detailed. She says this terrorist act in Mumbai is "10 times worse than 9/11"!

Death Toll At 101 & Rising After Horrifying Terror Attacks In Mumbai,India!!!!

There has been a terrorist attack in Mumbai that has killed over a 100 people & the death toll may rise from there. This attack came without warning & no one is sure of the motive. Here is more from BBC:

"Eyewitness reports suggest the attackers singled out British and American passport holders.

If the reports are true, our security correspondent Frank Gardner says it implies an Islamist motive - attacks inspired or co-ordinated by al-Qaeda. A claim of responsibility has been made by a previously unknown group calling itself the Deccan Mujahideen.

Our correspondent says it could be a hoax or assumed name for another group.

The motive is far from clear - but the attacks come amid elections in several Indian states, including in disputed Kashmir.

On Thursday, reports said five gunmen had taken hostages in an office block in the financial district of Mumbai.

There has been a wave of bombings in Indian cities in recent months which has left scores of people dead.

Most of the attacks have been blamed on Muslim militants, although police have also arrested suspected Hindu extremists.

Mumbai itself has also been attacked in the past: in July 2006 a series of bomb attacks on busy commuter trains killed almost 190 people and injured more than 700." (END OF EXCERPT) Read the whole article here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/7751160.stm

Go here to read up on the entire history of terrorism in India.(http://indiaabroad.com/news/2003/apr/03spec.htm) Here's an excerpt:

"Since its independence in 1947, India has been facing the problem of insurgency and terrorism in different parts of the country. For the purpose of this column, insurgency has been taken to mean an armed violent movement, directed mainly against security forces and other government targets, to seek territorial control; terrorism has been taken to mean an armed violent movement directed against government as well as non-government targets, involving pre-meditated attacks with arms, ammunition and explosives against civilians, and resorting to intimidation tactics such as hostage-taking and hijacking, but not seeking territorial control. India has faced exclusively terrorist movements in Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir, bordering Pakistan, and part insurgent-part terrorist movements in the northeast, bordering Myanmar and Bangladesh; in Bihar, bordering Nepal; and in certain interior states like Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa that do not have international borders.

India has also faced terrorism of an ephemeral nature, which sprang suddenly due religious anger against either the government or the majority Hindu community or both and petered out subsequently. Examples of this would be the simultaneous explosions in Mumbai on March 12, 1993, which killed about 250 civilians, and the simultaneous explosions in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in February 1998. Tamil Nadu has also faced the fallout of terrorism promoted by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam in Sri Lanka in the form of attacks by LTTE elements on its political rivals living in the state and in the assassination of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi in May 1991."(END OF EXCERPT) The video that precedes this post is about terrorism in India told from an Indian perspective.
