You can hire all the fancy celebrity trainers & go on the most expensive diet possible. If your brain isn't tuned into it, nothing's going to do it. It's not about envying skinny women & shucking the weight off. Weight is usually not the issue in most cases. As Oprah Winfrey said, eating is a drug. And why do people self-medicate in the first place? They are usually in a bad emotional place that they don't want to be in. For some people, food can give you a sense of euphoria.When I eat a slice of plain cheesecake,it feels like I have eaten manna from heaven. Even though I know that each slice brings me closer to diabetes. You don't even want to know how many calories are in just one slice! That's kind of what makes it so-o-o tempting. And I feel so satiated afterwards. When I realize that someone has wealthy as Oprah can put on 200 pounds just like anyone else, I don't feel so bad. This just proves that it's all about willpower in the end. No matter how much money you have!
This evil broad reminds me of Scott Peterson. Casey Anthony says that she knows her daughter is close by. Well,the remains of a child have been found near the Anthony residence. Is this what this horrid creature means by saying that her child is nearby? If they have found Caylee Anthony in such a fashion, they should give Casey Anthony the death penalty! Normally, I don't support the death penalty because innocent people have been murdered by it. But,this bitch is not innocent at all! She is a pathological liar who had no maternal instincts whatsoever. Casey Anthony deserves the worst punishment imaginable for killing her own child & consistently lying about it! • No other children have been reported missing in the area.
• The remains are consistent with a child of Caylee's age.
• They were found in close proximity to the home of Caylee's grandparents.

This guy needs to be taken down quick! He has no regard for human rights or his people. It is despicable & shameful what he is allowing to happen to the Zimbabweans! Little children were getting water from the gutter. It had human waste & refuse in it! Cholera spreads in an impoverished environment such as the one that is present in Zimbabwe. It is completely preventable.
