Suicidal Ex-NBA Star,Jayson Williams, Was Stunned By A Taser Gun & Hospitalized!

Jayson William's life is apparently on a continuous downward spiral.His wife filed for divorce & he has an alleged drug problem. And after his legal woes in 2004,Jayson Williams is still not out of the woods yet!

Although he was acquitted of aggravated manslaughter,he is still facing a reckless manslaughter count.I guess all these legal & personal issues got the best of him because he tried to commit suicide.Hopefully,he Jayson Williams will get the treatment that he obviously needs.Here's more from the NY Daily News:

"Cops Tasered ex-NBA star Jayson Williams Monday after the troubled hoopster went nuts in his luxury Manhattan hotel room, police sources said.

The popular New Jersey Nets center, who beat the rap trial for shooting his chauffeur in 2002, was rushed to St. Vincent's Hospital in handcuffs after cops found suicide notes and empty bottles of pills in his room, sources said.

"He was barricaded, drinking, taking pills. He was overwhelmed," a police source said. "It all came crashing down."

Police were called to the Hilton Embassy Suites in Battery Park City at 4 a.m., after a female friend called security to report a disturbance in Williams' 15th-floor suite, the sources said.

Williams, 41, trashed his room, forcing Emergency Service Unit officers to subdue the former All-Star with a Taser gun, sources said. It took two sets of handcuffs to restrain the husky star, cops said.

Cops found several suicide notes, including a message scrawled on the wall. They said he was distraught over his divorce, his parents' illnesses and his impending retrial in the chauffeur-shooting case.

Guests arrived home to find the posh hotel transformed into a crime scene. "There were about cop cars and an ambulance outside," said Annette Peters, 29, of Minneapolis.

It was not immediately known if he injured himself or if he was armed.

Rev. Timothy Wright Was Known As The "Grandfather Of Gospel Music"! May God Rest His Soul Peacefully!!

The famed NY gospel singer,Rev.Timothy Wright has died less than a year after the fatal car crash that took both his wife & grandson.At the age of 61,Reverend Wright has departed this earth to join an angelic choir.We know that the "godfather of gospel music" will bring even more harmony to the other side than there already is.Here's more on the death of this gospel icon from The NY Daily News:

"Nine months after a devastating car crash left him paralyzed, the Rev. Timothy Wright - Brooklyn's Godfather of Gospel - has died.

"He will be tremendously missed, but his voice will be eternal," said the Rev. Al Sharpton, a decades-long friend of Wright.

The famed Brooklyn pastor blessed with a booming voice and an artistic genius died at the Bronx Veterans Affairs Medical Center Thursday. The Grammy-nominated singer was 61.

"He certainly changed the feel of gospel music, and children not born in his lifetime will hear his music," Sharpton said. "He has been a monumental figure in our community as a pastor."

Wright had been incapacitated since the July 4 accident that took the life of his wife, Betty, and his 14-year-old grandson, D.J.

The founder of Grace Tabernacle Christian Center in Crown Heights suffered a severe spinal cord injury, a broken jaw, broken ribs and multiple fractures in his legs in the crash.

Wright gradually regained the ability to speak before he suffered a heart attack three months ago, his son, David, said.

"I'm glad his suffering is over," David Wright, 30, added. "He was a great man of God and a great father."

The Wrights were returning to the city from a church conference in Detroit when a drunken driver going the wrong way on a Pennsylvania highway hit their car head-on.

The driver, John Pick, 44, was killed in the crash.

Despite his critical injuries, Wright regularly traveled from his New Jersey rehabilitation clinic to Crown Heights to attend services at the church he started 18 years ago.

"I lost my wife; I lost my grandson, and for some reason, God left me here," Wright told WCBS-TV last October. "So here I am."(END OF EXCERPT)Read the rest here.

Shane Murphy was the second-in-command aboard the American merchant ship seized by pirates.Rush Limbaugh called the Somali pirates "black muslim teenagers".He also implied that President Obama was reluctant to order them killed because of their race & religion.Those remarks were so despicable that it drove Shane Murphy to speak out!

"It feels great to be home.It feels like everyone around here has my back, with the exception of Rush Limbaugh, who is trying to make this into a race issue...that's disgusting.You gotta get with us or against us here, Rush.The president did the right thing...It's a war.... It's about good versus evil. And what you said is evil. It's hate speech. I won't tolerate it",Murphy says.

Shane Murphy realizes just how unpatriotic Rush Limbaugh really is! He spews a steady stream of hate speech on a daily basis!I would be in complete denial if I said otherwise.Rush Limbaugh uses words to incite hatred.Therefore,most of what he says is actually hate speech.And you have to be one evil,racist lunatic to be in sync with Rush Limbaugh.There is no defense for who Rush Limbaugh is & what he stands for,which is pure unadulterated evil!
