Will Israel & Palestine Really Agree To A Two-State Solution?

Will there finally be peace in at least a part of the Middle East? Can Israelis & Palestinians really agree to a two-state solution? These are the questions that many are pondering tonight. At this very moment,I am watching Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu talk about how time is running out for this two-state solution. He says that he "envisions a future of everlasting peace for all of mankind." I share that same dream of Utopia. If we find some peace in the Middle East, the world will be a slightly better place. And being instrumental in achieving a two-state solution would help the Obama administration out tremendously.

Here's more from CNN:

"In advance of direct talks between Israel and the Palestinians on Thursday, President Barack Obama said Wednesday evening that "this moment of opportunity may not soon come again."

"The hard work is only beginning--neither success nor failure is inevitable," Obama said in remarks from the White House Rose Garden. "But this much we know: If we do not make the attempt, then failure is guaranteed."

With the U.S. war in Iraq drawing to a close, the Middle East moved front and center for administration officials Wednesday as President Barack Obama held a series of high-stakes meetings with Israeli and Arab leaders.

Obama huddled behind closed doors at the White House with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, Jordan's King Abdullah II and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

On Wednesday night, Obama called the talks "very productive."

But he also pointed to challenges ahead. "We are under no illusions," he said. "Passions run deep... there's a reason that the two-state solution has eluded previous generations --- this is extraordinarily complex and extraordinarily difficult."

"But," he continued, "we know that the status quo is unsustainable."

Obama and Netanyahu met first on Wednesday, briefly addressing reporters to condemn, in Obama's words, the "senseless slaughter" of two men and two women Tuesday near the West Bank city of Hebron.

"Terrorists ... are purposely trying to undermine these talks," Obama said earlier Wednesday. "The message should go out (that this attack) is not going to stop" the United States from backing Israel and the peace process."(END OF EXCERPT)Read more here.

Can You Believe That Hilter Had Jewish & African Blood Running Through His Evil Veins?

I just read an interesting article about Hitler's Jewish & African roots.According to DNA findings, the evil dictator was not a pure German after all.We know that he has the blood of millions of Jews on his hands. It appears that he may have had Jewish blood running through his veins as well.

Here's more on this ironic discovery from The Telegraph:

"A chromosome called Haplogroup E1b1b1 which showed up in their samples is rare in Western Europe and is most commonly found in the Berbers of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, as well as among Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jews.

"One can from this postulate that Hitler was related to people whom he despised," Mr Mulders wrote in the Belgian magazine, Knack.

Haplogroup E1b1b1, which accounts for approximately 18 to 20 per cent of Ashkenazi and 8.6 per cent to 30 per cent of Sephardic Y-chromosomes, appears to be one of the major founding lineages of the Jewish population.

Knack, which published the findings, says the DNA was tested under stringent laboratory conditions.

"This is a surprising result," said Ronny Decorte, a genetic specialist at the Catholic University of Leuven.

"The affair is fascinating if one compares it with the conception of the world of the Nazis, in which race and blood was central.

Hitler's concern over his descent was not unjustified. He was apparently not "pure" or ‘Ayran’.”

It is not the first time that historians have suggested Hitler had Jewish ancestry.

His father, Alois, is thought to have been the illegitimate offspring of a maid called Maria Schickelgruber and a 19-year-old Jewish man called Frankenberger."(END OF EXCERPT)Read the rest here.

Dr. Laura's Black Caller Should Never Have Sought Her Advice!

After watching several interviews with Dr. Laura's caller,Nita "Jade" Hanson,I am in a total state of confusion. If she was a longtime fan of her show, why did Nita Hanson call Dr. Laura for advice? Because Ms. Hanson said that since Dr. Laura is not a minority she does not understand what it's like to be discriminated against because of the color of your skin.

So again, why would Ms Hanson seek the advice of someone who has shown that she is all for discriminating against others? How is it that Nita Hanson was surprised that Dr. Laura exposed her hatred of yet another minority? Dr. Laura has no idea what a black individual should be offended by! It's all just hypersensitivity to people like Dr. Laura because they are incapable of being sensitive.

As a fan of her show, how has "Jade" missed all of the controversial statements that Dr. Laura has made in the past? The only thing that Laura Schlessinger is the doctor of is hate.If Nita Hanson has said herself that "this isn't the first time",the question begs to be asked. Why the heck did you call her in the first place if you knew how hateful & insensitive Dr. Laura has already shown herself to be ,Ms. Hanson? It just seems totally illogical to me.
